ZHIXUAN Maxi Unique Dual Barcode Primers Set 1 - Set 4 for MGI are specialized kits for DNA library construction on MGI's high-throughput sequencing platform.

ZHIXUAN Universal Adapter for MGI in the kit is a universal incomplete adapter that is compatible with a variety of T-A-connected library construction kits.
ZHIXUAN Unique Dual Barcode Primer for MGI contains a specific matching Unique Dual Barcode (UDB). After library amplification, two completely independent index double checks can be achieved, which can reduce index hopping and Index misassignment, and ensures that the reads that finally enter the analysis process are close to the actual situation of the sample.

·  Low Crosstalk: Paired-end indexes correspond one to one, effectively reducing crosstalk between samples

·  Multiple Types: Index types are upgraded, having 384 types of UDBs to facilitate high-throughput sequencing

·  Wide Compatibility: Compatible with multiple samples such as cfDNA, gDNA, and FFPE, etc.

Use 1ng of different types of nucleic acids as templates, NM344 and similar adapter products from other suppliers, in combination with NDM607 to construct libraries. The results show that regardless of the templates, the output of the library constructed with NM344 is better than that of similar products from other suppliers.

The product shall be stored in environment of temperature range between -30°C to -15°C.

In transportaion of the product, the temperature required is ≤0°C.
