ZHIXUAN Maxi Unique Dual Index DNA Adapters Set 1- Set 4 for Illumina is a specialized kit for library construction on Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform, suitable for multi-sample DNA library construction on Illumina sequencing platform. This kit contains a specific matching Unique Dual Index (UDI), which can achieve double check of two completely independent indexes, minimize Index hopping and Index misassignment, and ensure that the reads entering the analysis process are close to the actual situation of the sample.

This kit contains a total of 384 different ZHIXUAN Unique Dual Index Adapters. All adapters provided in the kit have undergone strict quality control and functional validation, which greatly ensures the stability and repeatability of library construction.

N34201 - N34204 is compatible with fragmented mouse FFPE DNA, cfDNA, 293gDNA, human whole blood gDNA, rice gDNA, Arabidopsis gNDA and DH-5α gDNA and other templates from different species, and the library output is higher than similar products from other suppliers.

Compared with the single-end adapter, Zhixuan #N34201 - N34204 greatly reduce the probability of index hopping and misassignment. The misassignment rate is less than 0.01%.

The product shall be stored in environment of temperature range between -30°C  to -15°C.

In transportaion of the product, the temperature required is ≤0°C.
